Извадка от 'man sed', което би могъл да видиш на всеки компютър с инсталирана
на него Unix-подобна операционна система (или пък ако изсипеш върху чистичкия
си Виндовс един Cygwin):

Sed is a stream editor.  A stream editor is used to perform basic text
transformations on an input stream (a file or input from a pipeline).  While in
some ways similar to an editor  which  permits scripted  edits  (such  as ed),
sed works by making only one pass over the input(s), and is conse- quently more
efficient.  But it is sed's ability to filter text in a pipeline  which 
particularly distinguishes it from other types of editors.

Това, което исках да кажа в първото писмо, което си видял със 'sed' в него
беше, че Данаил Петров е използвал неправилно множественото число на woman. В
случая с командата sed се замества грешното 'womens' с правилното 'women'.

Извинявам се за неяснотата. Понякога забравям, че словосъчетанието "IT
общество" включва прекалено много и различни хора в себе си.
